2) We compile a list of wants and needs so we can find the perfect home.

3) Go and look at homes. I preview 95% of the listings we look at so you do not have to waste time looking at homes that do not meet your needs.

4) We find the perfect home and write an offer.

5) Present the offer to the sellers.

6) Review counter offer and make changes if necessary.

7) After the price and terms of the offer have been mutually accepted we proceed to a home inspection.

8) Review preliminary title policy.

9) Negotiate items found on the home inspection.

10) We communicate with the escrow and title company to make sure everything is in order for closing.

11) Sign closing documents and proceed to closing.

12) Receive the keys to your new home.
